Although I was super nervous with the 2025 Atlas ALREADY needing a replacement part at 185 miles, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone, including Steve, were efficient and helpful.

Took our 2024 VW Atlas in for a recall for the back up camera software. Schedule appointment within two days of calling and when I took the vehicle in, I was texted several times during the performance of the work to remain updated on the progress. When the worked was finished, the vehicle was washed. Total time to complete the work was less than one hour. Very friendly staff and pleasant waiting area.
