Under my drivers mat, I had good luck money since I was 18. I am now 51 years old! I moved the money from car to car over the 33 years. Someone vacuumed the money up, leaving only 1/2 of 1 dollar and left my drivers mat unsecured. This could have caused an accident. Something was taken from my car that is not replaceable. Service person Casey said they would look in the shop vacs but never heard from her. Very sad 😔

I brought my car in because the navigation has it thinking it’s located in the Gulf of Mexico and I was told that is a Verizon problem that they can’t fix and my car was returned to me. Upon getting my car back, it was no longer syncing with myVW app so I can’t track its charging (ID4) or turn on/off climate settings from my phone. It’s basically an electric car with 0 smart features. It’s worse off than when I brought it in.
