This is my 3rd time with Volkswagen of America and Bob Boast Volkswagen and each time, I've found the Bob Boast VW Team to be suberb! They're extremely professional and they always explain the process using video. I'll always recommend Bob Boast and I'll use this company even if it's an hour away!!! And the front desk team is excellent as well!
