We were able to schedule the service easily for our convenience. It was great to have the option of a driver for pick up & drop off - a big plus. Also they have a reasonably-priced detailing service, which is excellent. Love the video commentary from the mechanic who worked on the car, very reassuring. Finally, the staff were responsive & helpful - I was waiting for our sales person and one of the service guys (Michael) saw it had been awhile, came over and offered to take care of what I needed. That is definitely going the extra mile. Very happy with this team & service.
