I had a dead battery and did not get it to Bob Boast VW until around 4 pm and they brought it in and worked on it right away and did the point check as well almost up until closing time which I did not expect them to do at that late hour but they did and sent me on my way.

The service manager Steve, the Salesperson Susanne as., Fernando the finance manager were amazing and kind. I was able to get an upgraded Tiguan and I love it. They were able to get me a payment that was affordable and I appreciate their integrity . Thank you so much
