Not very satisfied with service depot all. In for 10,000 mile check up. They said it would take two hours. We arrived just before 1pm (our appointment time) and finally left at 5:35pm and they didn’t even do our complimentary car wash! We needed a new battery - fine. Then we were told something had been eating certain wires in engine area and we shouldn’t leave without them replacing them and the connectors. After some discussion, the sales manager became involved and sorted out the issue. It was not a big deal as we were led to believe!!
