We dropped off the SUV at 9:30 am. we did not get a text for the vehicle until 2:55 pm. why did it take so long to get this service started?

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with bob boast. Prior to this I thought very highly of the dealership and was speaking with a dealer about the purchase of a second car. I had previously dealt with Christina who was very attentive and helpful. I can not say the same about Casey. My car had been getting service there for nearly 2 months. Casey refused to loan me a loaner car for 2 months. I asked her several times for one, to which she told me there was none available. I was told that there were 2 vehicles given out after the hurricane. My care had been there prior to and during the hurricane. I again asked Casey for a loaner and she refused me. I made her aware I had been ubering to work, to which she stated others needed the vehicles more than I did since “I had warranty reimbursement and can pay for a rental.” Casey had my original claim denied causing me more money time and inconvenience stating the cause for the malfunction was an “outside influence.” I came out of pocket to repair the damage to the oil pan to learn the same issue had occurred to the brand new oil pan, as it did the original one. Casey displayed an attitude as if she didn’t care about the issues at hand. She became frustrated when I asked for an explanation stating “you need to speak with Drive easy not me!” I expressed my disappointment with Casey regarding her decision to refuse me a loaner car for 2 months, and she finally offered me a loaner stating one had just come in, then with the following notice that my car was ready for pick up. This was very sarcastic and disrespectful of her to offer me a loaner and tell me my car was ready in the same sentence. I never wish to work with her again. She is in my opinion is disrespectful, rude and totally disregarded me as a customer, without what seemed to be no remorse. I am out of pocket over $1,000 on Ubers rides, parts labor, and rental car fees not covered by the warranty. Which all could have been avoided had Casey taken consideration to value me as a customer.

The service department was not aware that there were two issues to be resolved and only took care of one. Then they realized the other issue had to be resolved. This added to my wait time by more than two hours.
