Overall the service was ok The dealership is clean and the waiting area was fine The drop off and pick up service is very much appreciated. The only complaint was that on the day after the oil change I was driving in the area of the dealership and a message popped up on the dashboard saying there was too much oil in the engine. I went to the dealership and they immediately corrected the mistake. I find it difficult to understand how that could happen. Oil changes are so basic I have never experienced that before.

I would like to start off by saying my issue was never with my service advisor. My issue was with the service manager Steve who I requested a call from more than 6 times. Left 2 voicemails as well. I took my vehicle in for stalling which they fixed no problem. However the rear brakes were due to be changed at just 28k miles. To my surprise I was informed this is a common issue with this model & the warranty was extended to 24k miles for this issue. The service manager refused to do anything besides a 50/50 split after I complained and expressed concerns. Didn't want to communicate directly with me by any means. Technicians also failed to perform an oil change on the vehicle which is covered by warranty so one week after picking up the vehicle my car is due for an oil change and BACK to the shop it goes. I will never recommend this dealership and wish I had never stepped foot in it. Steve needs to be demoted to fired.
