    Service was completed on my Tiguan. When I got home i noticed a ding on my driver side door. I called and the service writer he review the pictures and scheduled me to come back to the dealership on Tues. Dec. 10th @10:30. I arrived for the appointment and the service writer, Darin said the dent remover guy was not there. He called the guy and told me it would be 2 hours before he arrives. Darin said the dent guy will call me to schedule an appointment at my house. That's great but look at all my wasted time for a careless mechanic that dented my door. Not happy!!
