I brought my car in because the navigation has it thinking it’s located in the Gulf of Mexico and I was told that is a Verizon problem that they can’t fix and my car was returned to me. Upon getting my car back, it was no longer syncing with myVW app so I can’t track its charging (ID4) or turn on/off climate settings from my phone. It’s basically an electric car with 0 smart features. It’s worse off than when I brought it in.

I loved your staffs video that detailed out clearly what is going on with my car. I didn’t have to have a middleman. Also as a female, it made it easier to relay the info to the Mr. He didn’t have any questions and clearly understood the situation.
If I could rate you for that alone I’d give you 5 stars and go the guys who repaired my car.
The team that were responsible for me during my journey I found oddly disconnected with me. He preferred to communicate solely by text despite that I called him and left him a voice mail on his direct line. He directed me to call him to his number.
What I noticed this time around is that when I’m not “waiting” I’m out of site, out of mind. Vs when I’m there. I know that’s natural to do. But this is a business and my bill was nearly 2k.
I also couldn’t get a straight answer from him on my tire. Did I need to replace it soon, or did I have time on it. Also, with 4wD I thought you needed to replace all your at the same time or the tires won’t be balanced.
Lastly, I didn’t appreciate having to ask him to check to see if my tires were still under warranty. I felt like he wasn’t helping me. He was only ringing up my sales .
He did offer me a 50.00 discount. Which was ok. Would have thought 2.5 days with your car in there could have granted you better savings considering the website offered coupons that were better deals. Small type won’t allow you to use them after the fact. Which also feels very shady.
Overall, I’ve had better experiences. Both here and back at Vw in Michigan.
In Michigan, they even came and picked up my car for service and returned it when it was done. That I miss. Didn’t pay more for it either.
