I was traveling from Pa. to Fla. I needed my first service (10,000 miles) before returning. The dealership was very receptive in taking care of me, even though the car was not purchased at their dealership. Plus, I was unaware there was a recall which they took care of.

From the moment my wife and I entered the showroom we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner, Susana our salesperson was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our questions and test drive of the two different Atlas’s we were interested in. She was also very understanding of the decision we were faced with in choosing the “Right” vehicle for us. The dealer management and finance staff we’re also very pleasant and professional to work with, one of the best new car buying experiences I have had, and I have had many over the years!

I was part of a recall for engine cover. I payed for the cover because it was part of the car, but did not receive a rebate when it was removed because it was considered a fire hazard.i think VWA should reimburse the customers for that part or replace that part with a part that is not a hazard.

5 Stars Dario Taranto was very enjoyable to work with and very informative about the differences between the 2025 Atlas and the 2023 Atlas were replacing (lost in the hurricane). He asked questions about what was important to us with a car to ensure we got the necessary options, but also ensured we did not buy a 2025 vehicle with more options (and cost) than we needed. We are very happy with the SE with technology Atlas that we purchased. Dario was very thorough but concise in providing the correct level of information. Fernando Duran was just as helpful in deciding the best way to finance the vehicle based on our objectives. He also pointed out the vehicle protection options and helped us decide which ones were best for us. We are very satisfied with the overall experience with the Dario, Fernando and the Boast environment.
