    Had engine light come on and called VW and they fit me in. They are the best customer service I ever dealt with at any car dealership and I have owned a lot of cars. 10 Stars for Bob Boast!

    It took 3 visits to resolve a possible oil leak. Cost me $1200 and it was still leaking. So they replaced parts but that wasn't it. I should have gotten a refund. 4th visit the mechanic said the plug was leaking and needed to be pushed in. 😢 Casey, my rep, is always on target. Always keeps me in the loop. Polite, professional, I really appreciate her.

    Great experience, only thing I would do differently would be more personal communication. I did receive several texts and that is great, however when a specific service is recommended sometimes a in person explanation is more helpful than a text.

    This was by far the WORSE and most humiliating experience with any service department. I also must add that the sales experience was 100%! Unfortunately there was an issue with my NEW car the first week I got it. Brought it in for service THREE times for the same issue. I understand that these cars are complex and I believe their techs are competent. But the lack of communication was horrendous. They had my car for 23 days and I had to chase them down to get updates. If the part that's needed comes in on a Monday, it's unacceptable not to get feedback for a week, even after several phone calls. They won't see my car again!
