    This was by far the WORSE and most humiliating experience with any service department. I also must add that the sales experience was 100%! Unfortunately there was an issue with my NEW car the first week I got it. Brought it in for service THREE times for the same issue. I understand that these cars are complex and I believe their techs are competent. But the lack of communication was horrendous. They had my car for 23 days and I had to chase them down to get updates. If the part that's needed comes in on a Monday, it's unacceptable not to get feedback for a week, even after several phone calls. They won't see my car again!

    Made my appointment for a recall and a rattle in the passenger door. While in the dealership, as I was close to my 20,000 oil change, I also scheduled that. I planned on at least a three hours wait, but was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out in under 2 hours. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area with wifi.

    Very efficient. Needed a new battery in my key fob and I had a recall on my Volkswagen Atlas Cross sport I pulled in to the service lane. Someone came out helped me. I was finished and within 15 minutes very efficient
